There were times when companies got in touch with their clients through
telephone calls, or fax machines, mail marketing, and even personal meetings.

But now, many of these companies are using the Internet technology to update the latest trends in business and at the same time keep in touch with their clients.

One of the most online business innovation ever made is the transformation of the regular blog posting into an online business tool. Before, blogging was just used for showing different thoughts and ideas. Some were just for fun, for sharing people´s best pets, while others were for promoting something that others could think is beneficial to internet users. In other words, it was just a bunch of personal diaries for those people who want to share their knowledge and thoughts to others. But think again, it is not just for diary writing or whatever.

Blogging is now a promotion tool you can use to make an asset

Or boost your current brick and mortar business. You can set up blogs in your website and have it with an associated feed.

You can constantly keep in touch with an audience and prospects as well. In addition, you do not have to e-mail them—your blogs will be responsible in getting the latest news without actually having to visit your website.

Just remember that this takes time and effort, and it is not a get-rich-quick-scheme.

From Regular Blogs to Business Blogs

From regular blogs that you post for nothing, now it is called the business blog that can help you save money and provide you great business opportunity with just one click. It is also user-friendly, can be customized, and can be a flexible medium for circulating useful information for effective positioning of your products in the market.

There are some advantages of entrepreneurs who engage in business blogging.

Here are some of these advantages:

-There are more than hundred thousands of blogs posted in the Internet. Statistics show that there are currently 14 million blogs posted in the Internet with an estimated 80,000 more being added everyday. In addition, 30 percent of 50 million Internet users are blog readers. Just think of the number of possible audiences you can attract if you advertise your product through blogs.

-Through a blog, you allow your clients to post their comments with regards to the product that you are promoting. It can be of great help in improving your product through the suggestions that they will be posting. In addition, you can take immediate actions to your client’s concerns.

-It can be of easy access to your customers. All they have to do is access to a blogging community, and they can read your latest offers. Remember that these customers are just willing to create “blogosphere” of comments regarding your product.

How to make your business blogs as effective as other means of Internet advertising?
You can submit your blogs to any blog search sites and directories. It will be a wise move especially if your site is just newly constructed.

Never forget to paste in your blogs the URL back to your site. Your blogs must contain not only the information with regards to your product but also exclusive background information.

Remember that your customers do not want to see pure figures— but also context information

Blogging provides you marketing possibilities of your product. Maybe your potential clients are just around the corner waiting for you to post your business blog. So, go ahead and start one!

When you plan your goals, such as setting new email marketing campaigns, building that optin page, getting that book published, and so on, you have to set deadlines to reach these goals. Otherwise they will be just some plan or dreams. http://www.lanredahunsi.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/If-not-us1.jpg Yet, some time can pass and you may not end where you want to be. This can happen when setting long deadlines. Think about it, many people (included myself) set deadlines for their goals, but they are way too long. For example, let´s say you commit to have a project done in three months. Since it is too long, you don´t feel any pressure and no sense of urgency for the first couple of months. Finally the last month comes with pressure over you, so you look for some way to get things done. See what happens here? What I want to share with you, is a little tweak you can apply, so that you have that sense of urgency and DO your stuff! This is not a secret but a technique that many successful people apply on a daily basis. Once you start applying it, you´ll have no choice but to reduce procrastination thus become more proactive.

Set “Imposible” Deadlines

That´s the secret! People could be more proactive if setting short deadlines were a priority. Take our example above. Imagine this 3 month deadline for our project, it could have taken one month of your time! This way, we will not lack sense of urgency! This is one simple technique I use, that creates that sense to me. Be careful, because it´s just easy to let things flow. Suddenly 6 months later you´ll find yourself in that same spot wondering why you haven´t made any progress yet. I know this sounds imposible, “how is it going to be possible to have a book written in a week? That´s the purpose. Trust me, you´ll advance a lot! So instead of focusing on making things whithin a long time frame, make sure you manage to set shorter deadlines for your plans! Imposible ones. Please give me your comments here, what techniques do you find useful, to generate sense of urgency?
